PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior sheet for a vehicle which makes it easy to wind in an end-part surface of a cut end part by laminating adjacently a peeling material layer easy to peel on the inside of a surface material layer. SOLUTION: A flat-sheet-shaped peeling material easy to peel is made the peeling material layer (1), and the opposite sides of an intermediate layer (4) comprising a plurality of prescribed laminated layers including at least the peeling material layer, in addition to a base sheet (42) constituted of a resin foam, as a main base layer, are held integrally by the surface material layer (2) to be made an interior surface of the vehicle and by a release material layer (3) to be made an interior rear side, and molded.
