PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressing device capable of rotating a dresser at predetermined rotation speed and torque and preventing breakage of a motor by moderating impact occurring in starting dressing of a rotation grinding wheel. SOLUTION: A coupling 23 for buffer is interposed between a rotating dresser 24 for dressing the rotation grinding wheel 19 and a motor 22 for rotating the rotating dresser 24.
