PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for holding a lens for dip coating in which a taking in and out work of a circular lens in/from a hard coating liquid, or the like, can easily be conducted. SOLUTION: This device for holding the lens for dip coating has a lower part supporting common member for holding the lowest parts of side faces of a plurality of circular lenses whose optical axes are directed in the horizontal direction and which is common to the plurality of circular lenses, and a first and second side support member groups for holding right and left edge parts of the circular lenses. In the device, the first side support member group comprises a leaf spring group whose upper end part is fixed to an upward support member and the lower part has a lens holing part. The second side support member group comprises a leaf spring group whose one end part is fixes to an opening and closing support member of an opening and closing frame member and the other end part has a lens holing part.
