PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact water discharge implement with a water discharge form changeover function enabled in the application of a design and constituted of as few the number of parts as possible. SOLUTION: This water discharge implement is attached to the water discharge part of a water cock body and constituted so that the ball valve arranged to a rotary body revolved along with an operation part is moved by revolving the rotary body and any one of the water passing holes, provided to the flow channel forming member having a plurality of water flow channels, is closed to enable the selection of an arbitrary water discharge form. By this constitution, any one of the water passing holes of the flow channel forming member is closed by the ball valve in the revolving rotary body to enable the changeover of a water discharge form.
