PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perm solution drip prevention band capable of absorbing the perm solution drip when a person gets a permanent wave, and to provide a hair cap with a stretchable band. SOLUTION: This perm solution drip prevention band is formed of a bag- shaped band body 1, a material 2 of high absorbability is used for an inner face 4 kept into contact with the neck, a water-proof material 3 is used for an outer face 5, and both edges are provided with attaching and detaching tools 6, 6', respectively, to apply the band from the back of the neck to face sides and a forehead.
