PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic container capable of protecting the cosmetic accommodated in the cosmetic container from the impact caused by dropping and the like, and effectively preventing cracking, scattering and the like. SOLUTION: This cosmetic container comprises a container body 10, a cosmetic accommodating body 20 accommodated in the container body 10 and accommodating the cosmetic, and an elastic member 30 mounted between the container body 10 and the cosmetic accommodating member 20, and composed of integrated frame body 31 and flange 32. In this cosmetic container 1, the frame body 31 has the shape surrounded by a wall part 31a corresponding to the outer shape of a side face of the cosmetic accommodating body. The flange 32 is projected toward an outer side of the frame body 31 at an edge part of the frame body 31, and mounted between the frame body 31 and an inner side of the container body 10, further a plurality of spaces a, b divided by the flange, exist from a tip part 32c of the flange to the frame body 31, and the spaces a, b are corresponded to a hollow part of the flange.
