PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic cushion having water proof and dampproofness using a plastic foam sheet having a buffer capacity and a heat insulation action, manufactured at low cost compared with an urethan foam product, facilitating the incineration, and being suited to be laid on a floor of a gymnasium. SOLUTION: This cushion is so constituted that a two-layered plastic foam sheet or a three-layered plastic foam sheet 1 is bent and folded in the opposite direction in order at prescribed intervals and formed into a prescribed-thickness corrugated sheet, the corrugated sheet is cut into an appropriate shape and dimension and formed into a cushion material 2; its surface and rear surface are covered with outer circumferential sheets 3 and 4, connecting means 5A and 5B such as a hook-and-loop fastener are attached to its circumference, and the adjoining cushions can be connected and separated to each other.
