PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clasp with magnet utilizing a magnet, free from the undesired detachment, and capable of being easily mounted and demounted by simple operation. SOLUTION: This clasp with magnet comprises a female-side housing including a magnet where difference magnetic poles are arranged in parallel, having an opening at a side of one of the magnetic poles, and provided with a slide groove from the opening part toward the other magnetic pole side, and a male- side housing comprising a magnet having the magnetic pole same as that at the opening side, and provided with a slide guide. In connection, the magnet of the male-side housing is fitted to the female-side housing from the opening, and slid from the opening part toward the other magnetic pole side, so that the different magnetic poles are attracted to each other, and in disconnection, the magnet in the male-side housing is slid toward the opening part to be easily disconnected by utilizing the repulsive force of the same magnetic poles.
