<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus in which a main body of the apparatus can be speedily aligned up and down only by a little rotating a rotary operation means and storage into a carrying case can be speedily performed in the case of keeping and carrying. <P>SOLUTION: In the ophthalmologic apparatus provided with the main body of the apparatus equipped with an optical unit for measurement or for observation to move up and down relatively to an eye to be examined and a joy stick 102 for vertically moving the main body of the apparatus by rotary operation, the main body of the apparatus is vertically moved in a moving direction, for a moving amount or at a moving speed corresponding to the rotating direction, rotating amount or rotating speed of the joy stick 102. This apparatus has a rotating state detecting part 200 for detecting the start of the rotation of the joy stick 102 to any direction and detecting the start of the rotation to the opposite direction of the direction of the rotation start and a Y-direction driver 204 for driving the main body of the apparatus up or down on the basis of the detecting signal of the start of the rotation to any direction due to the rotating state detecting part 200 and for stopping driving the main body of the apparatus on the basis of the detecting signal of the rotation start to the opposite direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
