摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomaterial having a specified chemical species at least in a surface thereof and provided with a sufficient bone conductivity, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The bone conductive biomaterial is provided with a metal base material and a metal oxide layer formed in a surface of the metal base material. At least a surface of the metal oxide layer has at least one kind of chemical species among PO<SB>4</SB>H<SB>2</SB>, TiOH, ZrOH, NbOH, TaOH and SiOH. As the metal base material, a metal base material containing titanium is desirable, and this base material is heated by a muffle electric furnace to form the metal oxide layer. The base material is dipped with the phosphoric acid buffer, and housed in a pressure resistant container, and treated with water and heat at 100&deg;C or more of temperature and at 0.1 MPa or more of pressure to generate the specified chemical species at least in the surface of the metal oxide layer to contain it.
