<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean milk production machine capable of easily separating soybean milk and soybean cake. <P>SOLUTION: The soybean milk production machine works as follows: in a soybean milk production process, a control circuit 34 makes an energization control of an electric motor 11 installed inside the machine body 1 and functioning to rotate a grinding blade 29 and a heater 5 installed on the machine body 1 and functioning to heat a vessel 15, soybeans S are ground and agitated to elute and disperse soybean components into the water in the vessel 15 to produce soybean milk; thereafter, in a temperature retaining process, the heater 5 is continuously energized for a specified time to continuously retain the temperature of the soybean milk in the vessel 15; owing to this control, the viscosity of the soybean milk is kept low. Thereby, when a basket 23 is removed from the vessel 15, the soybean milk and soybean cake can be separated relatively easily, obviating the necessity of constant attendance of a relevant operator upon the machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
