PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly guide a plurality of folded tapes for piping and cloth to be sewn from a tape outlet of a tape binder toward a presser foot. SOLUTION: A four-folded tape 60C fed at a tape feed angleαfrom the tape binder 3 provided with a gradient on the cloth to be sewn on a needle plate 2 is turned to the sewing direction Y and superposed to be held between the cloth presser foot 4 and the needle plate, and feed teeth are projected from a feed teeth hole of the needle plate to continuously feed the tape to sew the folded tape to the edge of the cloth to be sewn. In such tape sewing, the cloth presser foot for feeding the cloth in the sewing direction in co-operation with the feed teeth while keeping the four-folded form in contact with the top face of the folded tape fed from the tape binder is provided with a cloth guide part 40 for turning the tape feed angle to the tape sewing angleβwith the cloth to be sewn so that the guide part is integrated with the cloth presser foot.
