PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a manufacture cost low and to perform sure ball discharge work for game balls remaining inside a machine. SOLUTION: A ball discharge structure is applied to a pachinko game machine 10 constituted so as to put out the prescribed number of game balls from a ball storage tank 52 to a tray 43 as prize balls by the entry to a ball receiving port of the game ball rolling and lowering on a game surface 42a formed on a game panel 42. The ball discharge structure is provided with a put-out route 53b for guiding the put-out of the prize balls from the ball storage tank 52 to the tray 43 and a discharge route 53c for discharging the game balls remaining in the ball storage tank 52.
