PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wasteful consumption of game balls. SOLUTION: A main control device 16 and a putting-out device 17 execute a backup process in response to an NMI signal from a power supply 20 and then performs a restoration process in response to a reset signal. The main control device 16 performs the restoration process later than the putting-out control device 17, outputs a shooting prohibition signal to the putting-out device 17 from the input of the reset signal to the end of the restoration process. The putting-out device 17 normally relays power supplied from a card unit 25 to a shooting control device 18. However, the putting-out device interrupts the supply of power at the time when starting the backup process and puts the shooting control device 18 into an inoperable state. Even after the restoration process, in accordance with a shooting prohibition signal, the putting-out device maintains the shooting control device 18 in an inoperable condition.
