PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a required shape of molded product by preventing deformation through controlling a thermal shrinkage condition when a molded product removed from a die is cooled down to a normal temperature for curing, and modify to the required shape by keeping a thermal expansion direction and heating temperature distribution of the deformed molded product in a constant condition. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises a first holding member having a plane shape which accords with one side shape of a molded product and is equipped with a channel inside, a second holding member having a plane shape which accords with other side shape of a molded product and is equipped with a channel inside, an actuating member which lets the first and second holding members be close each other, and a refrigerant feeding device which feeds a refrigerant to the channels of the first and second holding members and recovers it. The molded product taken out from the die of the resin molding machine is cooled using a refrigerant which flows in each channel to cure in the required shape by cooling the product in the state of the restraining between the first and second holding members.
