PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, device and method for treating or restoring a specified aneurysm. SOLUTION: The aneurysm 100 is preferably a specified aortic aneurysm and is most preferably the specified abdominal aortic aneurysm. The system, device and method include a first prosthesis 10 or stent gasket and at least one second prostheses 11a and 11b for forming a bypass to the aortic aneurysm. The first prosthesis 10 is made adaptable by being formed to adapt itself to the arterial portion on the upstream side of the aneurysm and this portion is suitable for fixing the general first prosthesis.
