METHOD FOR FORMING RUPTURE JOINT IN FOIL AND THIN MOLDED MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a rupture joint of a defined material weak part during a manufacturing process for a foil or a thin molded member.

SOLUTION: The rupture joint is formed in the foil or the thin molded member manufactured by a thermoforming method, the surface shape of at least one side surface of the foil or the thin molded member is already fixed by the contact with the surface of a molding body, and a material is set to a plastic stage over a predetermined time. The rupture joint is molded in the material during the plastic stage using a molding tool having at least one molding element and, at this time, the molding tool is brought to an interval defined with respect to the surface of a molding body and again removed before the material is coagulated.
