PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous biaxial tenter capable of setting a plurality of longitudinal draw ratios by low cost constitution. SOLUTION: Both ends of a film are fixed by a plurality of clip mechanisms 10 arranged in a row in a feed direction, and the interval between a plurality of the clip mechanisms 10 is expanded and contracted using pantograph structures 12-14 to perform longitudinal stretching.
