PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly rigid ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene molded article capable of corresponding even to a use purpose requiring high rigidity. SOLUTION: The highly rigid ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene molded article (1) is obtained by embedding a stailess steel pipe (3), which has rigidity necessary from an aspect of the use purpose of the molded article and shows a mirror surface, in an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene part (2) formed from ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene with a molecular weight of 1,000,000 or more.
