PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foamed polyurethane panel, enabling the injection of a polyurethane foamable raw liquid without sequentially altering an injection condition such as the injection pressure or the like of an injection nozzle or a foaming machine when a retaining mold is altered in shape, size or the like. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foamable raw liquid is injected in a rectangular retaining mold 1 from one end part in the longitudinal direction of the mold and foamed and cured to manufacture the foamed polyurethane panel. A liquid stop 2 is provided in the vicinity of the central part in the longitudinal direction of the retaining mold 1 so as to be opposed to the injected raw liquid injected from an injection port 1a.
