STRUCTURE OF HEATING DEVICE FOR DRYING LCD GLASS

PURPOSE: A structure of a heating device for drying an LCD glass is provided to prevent a slip by static electricity generated between a hot plate and the LCD glass, and improve the yield of the LCD glass. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lifting pins(10) lift an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) glass(1) secured on the lifting pins. A plurality of guiders(20) guide the descending LCD glass secured on the lifting pins to a regular position. A plurality of support pins(30) protruded on an upper surface of a hot plate(100') for point-contacting with a back surface of the descending LCD glass to be separated from the hot plate. A cleaning solution is evaporated by heat of the hot plate in a state that the LCD glass is secured on contact pieces of the support pins, so that static electricity is prevented from generating between the hot plate and the LCD glass and thermal conduction is minimized.
