PURPOSE: A method for preparing cooked animal meat having decreased fat and oil is provided, thereby effectively decreasing the fat and oil content in cooked meat. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cooked animal meat having decreased fat and oil comprises the steps of: (i) preparing powder and juice of a mixture of fruits such as Cornus officinalis SIEB and ginkgo nut, roots such as yam, ginseng, Codonopsis lanceolata and garlic, and stems such as Acanthopanacis Cortex and lacquer; (ii) maturing animal meat selected from beef, pork, duck, chicken, eel, mudfish, carp, crucian and other animals in the powder and juice prepared in the step (i); (iii) covering the animal meat with Korean paper; (iv) covering the animal meat with a mixture of yellow soil, plaster, charcoal powder and sulfur in a ratio of 4.5:4.5:0.5:0.5; and (v) roasting the animal meat. |
