PURPOSE: Provided is a toothpaste composition containing a plant leaf fragment which has excellent prevention and treatment effects on oral cavity diseases. the toothpaste composition increases the removal of plaque and the transfer of pharmaceutically active components. CONSTITUTION: A toothpaste is characterized by comprising 0.1-5 wt.% of a plant leaf fragment containing essence oil, wherein the plant leaf includes tea tree, ginkgo tree, pine tree, rosemary, lemon balm, clove and sage.
