PURPOSE: A lifting lever adjusting device of a seat for a vehicle is provided to easily adjust seat cushion by simplifying the operation of an adjusting lever and mounting structure, to utilize space and prevent interference by reducing working space, and to improve productivity by simplifying assembling process. CONSTITUTION: Interlocking gears(1a,1b) are installed to a side of a seat supporting plate(8). Each gear is connected with each seat support plates(4a,4b) with interposing each link member(3) between, and connected with each support plate of the other side through a transverse supporting rod(5). Power springs(2a,2b) are installed to fitting holes(6) of the gears with fitting pins(7). Therefore, the space occupied by a torsion spring and a balance spring is reduced, parts are simplified, and interference by other works is reduced.
