<p>Appts for controlling the parallelism of a set of wheels of a road vehicle includes a sole piece resting on the ground and supporting a horizontal measurement plate movable in a horizontal plane parallel to the sole, and a needle which is displaced under the action of the movements of the measurement plate, and possesses a central pointer indicating the parallelism defect and undergoing displacement before at least one first graduated scale fixed to the sole piece, and two other pointers placed on each side of the central pointer and intended for displaying, before the commencement of the measurement, on graduated scales placed respectively in positive and negative carriage angles, and also fixed to the sole piece, the carriage angle of the vehicle to be controlled.</p> |
