PURPOSE: A luminous sign for finding an exit within a building under interruption of electric power and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent an accident by indicating correctly a present position and inducing a direction of the exit under the interruption of electric power. CONSTITUTION: A luminous sign for finding an exit within a building under interruption of electric power includes a green sign board using a luminous paint. A plurality of characters and a plurality of numbers are formed on the luminous sign in order to indicate a present position and guide a direction of an exit in the dark.
