PURPOSE: A packaging method of mushrooms by cutting is provided, thereby storing the mushrooms for a long time, and easily cooking them without additional processing. CONSTITUTION: A packaging method of mushrooms by cutting comprises the steps of: collecting pine mushrooms and cleaning them; vertically cutting the treated pine mushrooms into 3 to 5 parts; assembling cut pieces of the pine mushrooms to be original shape, and packaging them in a vessel under vacuum condition; making a cutting line between each single vacuum packed pine mushroom; cutting 5 to 10 of the vacuum packed mushrooms in one set; and deep-freezing the vacuum packed mushroom sets at -20 deg. C or less.
