PURPOSE: A device for automatically attaching a handle to a vinyl bag is provided to easily align and stack up the finished vinyl bag by uniformly attaching the handle to a vinyl bag film material. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission unit(100) includes bevel gears(G2,G3) for changing the direction of power transmission, spur gears(G4,G5), rotary shafts(C1,C2,C3) connected to the bevel gears, eccentric bearings(111,121,131) and a cam(141) connected to the rotary shafts and changing rotary power into straight driving power, an upper and a lower sealing driving unit(110,120) for transmitting the driving power, and a cutting driving unit. A film supply unit(200) supplies film materials to a cutting unit(300). The cutting unit cuts the film materials. A feeding unit(400) folds cut film into U-shape, and feeds the film to a sealing unit(500). A sealing unit attaches the film to both surfaces of a vinyl bag film material.
