PURPOSE: A vinyl package container with a straw opening device is provided to intake beverage sanitarily and safely using a straw disposed in the vinyl package container without cutting the vinyl package container. CONSTITUTION: A ball stopper(6) is attached to a straw(3) for sealing the same. If an internal pressure is generated in a vinyl package container(1), it becomes an external pressure with respect to the straw. If the ball stopper is opened, it applies a force only to the ball stopper disposed at the tip of the straw, thereby preventing the opening of the ball stopper due to th external pressure in storing.
