METHOD FOR ADAPTIVELY CORRECTING IMAGE FOR COMPENSATING TEMPERATURE CHANGE CHARACTERISTIC OF IMAGE ACQUIRING EQUIPMENT FOR ULTRA PRECISION INDUSTRY

PURPOSE: A method for adaptively correcting an image for compensating a temperature change characteristic of an image acquiring equipment for an ultra precision industry is provided to realize ultra precision measurement by manufacturing a camera having the regular sensitivity of output. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor is fixed on a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) sensor by using a double-sided tape and then is fixed on the CCD sensor by using an epoxy. A connector is attached to the opposite side to be connected with a microcomputer. The temperature sensor senses a change in temperature. The microcomputer compensates a change in output characteristic according to the change in temperature by adjusting a video amplification degree.
