The invention relates to a micro heat-exchanger, especially for cooling elements of high-power electronics, comprising a hollow body (2) through which a heat transfer medium can flow via inlet and outlet openings (3, 4) and contingent connecting pieces (10). The aim of the invention is to prevent the formation of dead zones in the flow of the medium and to improve the cooling capacity of the heat exchanger that is yet simple in design. To this end, the inlet and outlet openings (3, 4) are substantially slot-shaped and extend across at least the major part of the dimensions of the outer edge zones (8) of the hollow body (2) that are opposite with respect to the cover layer (5). They are provided with connecting pieces (10) that widen or narrow starting from the connecting lines (9) according to the length and width of the opening slots (3, 4). |
