PURPOSE: An amplifier is provided to generate an electric energy in an inexpensive manner by converting a mechanical energy into an electric energy which is amplified from the initially input power. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier(2) comprises a start unit(4) operating by a control unit(14) for sensing the operation of an operating switch(12) for applying a power, and which includes the first start motor(16) and the second start motor(18) disposed at both sides of an operating lever unit(6); the operating lever unit arranged at a hinge support(26) in such a manner that both ends of the operating lever unit are connected to the start unit through a wire(24) and the operating lever unit performs a seesaw movement; a motion converting unit(8) connected from the center to both sides of the operating lever unit, and which converts a linear motion into a rotating motion; and an amplifying generating unit(10) connected to an end of an amplifying gear unit(34), and which supplies a power to the start unit and other components.
