METHOD FOR FABRICATING NON-WELDED SPECTACLES FRAME

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a non-welded spectacles frame is provided to form the spectacles frame and elements of spectacles with one body by removing welding portions of a spectacles frame. CONSTITUTION: A spectacles frame(1) and a couple of hinge members(101,101a) are formed with one body. A nose support portion has a coupling groove(301). A through-hole(105) is formed on the upper hinge member(101). A bolt hole(106) is formed on the lower hinge member(101a). The upper and the lower hinge members include bending portions(103), respectively. The upper and the lower hinge members face each other by bending the bending portions as much as 90 degrees. A fixing member is combined with the upper and the lower hinge members by using a bolt. The nose support portion is connected to the coupling groove by bending a bending portion(104) of the nose support portion as much as 90 degrees.
