PURPOSE: A device and a method for the dental treatment on the Internet using an oral structure are provided to enable a patient to facilitate the question/answer with a dentist by offering the dental structure to the patient through the Internet after the dentist on the offline scans the dental structure of the patient. CONSTITUTION: An operator communication tool(200) displays the dental structure by receiving the image data output from a scanner(100) and outputs the image or the text data. A user communication tool(300) outputs the data to receive the dental treatment by using the dental structure, and outputs the image or the text data. A web server(400) outputs a control signal by receiving the data from the operator communication tool(200) and the user communication tool(300), and links the text data output from the operator communication tool(200) with the user communication tool(300). A member database server(500) stores the personal information of the operator, and the dental structure and the personal information of the user, and outputs the image data of the stored dental structure to the operator communication tool(200) and the user communication tool(300).
