PURPOSE: An artificial matt useable as all-weather ski slope is provided to greatly reduce friction between ski and slope side and to easily obtain ski edge effect at skiing as snow by comprising optimum height and arrangement of a bundle of flexible furs of the matt. CONSTITUTION: The matt(1) has a rectangular appearance and is arranged by engaging a number of artificial mattresses together and placed on a basic sloped side of skiing ground. The matt comprises a matt plate(3) having a rectangular frame as a body structure; grooves in the plate(3); stem pieces(5) having a bundle of artificial furs(7) planted in the grooves. The stem piece(5) is fixed into the matt. The matt plate(3) is coupled to other one by a number of grooves and couplers. The grooves, then, the stems(5) are arranged along one side of the matt in series by cross-linkage.
