<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module wherein a light receiving surface of a solar battery is prevented from contamination due to dust or the like and from reflection of a solar light, regarding a solar battery, especially a solar battery using photovoltaic element constituted of a thin film silicon, wherein a transparent organic polymer film having flexibility is used as a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery module is provided in which a base material and a photoelectric conversion layer are laminated, and at least an anti- reflection layer and a contamination preventing film are laminated in order on an uppermost light receiving surface of the photoelectric conversion layer. By using the above constitution, in the solar battery module contamination on the light receiving surface is prevented, and light reflection on the surface is reduced, so that power generation efficiency can be increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
