PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio scramble processor in which audio data are audio coded using LSP coefficients and sound source parameters and a scramble processing is conducted. SOLUTION: An audio coder 1 generates audio coded data from audio data using LSP parameters and sound source parameters. A security setter 4 sets data frame numbers of the data to be protected, transmits the numbers to selectors 2 and 9 and instructs an IPMP setter 7 to generate key information to be used in the scramble processing. The selectors 2 and 9 separate protected data from the audio coded data based on the data frame numbers and transmits the protected data to a scramble code detector 5. The setter 7 generates the key information and certifying information and transmits these information to a scrambler 6 and an IPMP coder 8. The scrambler 6 conducts a scramble processing for the coded parameters detected by the detector 5 from the protected data based on the key information. The coder 8 ciphers the key and certifying information and outputs the information.
