PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a chattering prevention effect of a contact means. SOLUTION: A first plate spring 8A and a second plate spring 8B constituting a second contact member 8 have respectively a tapered shape having the plate width reduced gradually from the root part supported by a base part toward the tip part. Since self-weights of the first plate spring 8A and the second plate spring 8B are reduced by this constitution, the plate springs are hardly vibrated, to thereby suppress chattering. Reduction of a contact load caused by reduction of the self-weights of the plate springs is feared, but, since the weight of the tip part occupying a large portion in an inertial weight distribution of the cantilever type plate spring is reduced, reduction of the contact load can be suppressed furthermore than the case of weight reduction by narrowing the width of the whole plate spring. Resultantly, even when great deceleration is generated, the stable contact state between a first contact member 7 and the second contact member 8 can be kept, to thereby prevent occurrence of chattering.
