PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measure for preventing the electromagnetic wave of a portable telephone. SOLUTION: Either an internal speaker 5 and an internal microphone 6 or an external speaker 12 and an external microphone 13 can be connected through interlocking switches 20a and 20b, and the internal speaker 5 and the internal microphone 6 can be connected by inputting a value coinciding with a preset 'secret value' in an operating means.
