PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve gear comprising a valve element of an opening and closing valve spring-energized in a valve opening direction which is driven in a valve closing direction by a solenoid, capable of reducing the number of parts and assemblage manhours to achieve low cost. SOLUTION: A valve seat forming part 17 integrally comprises a first partition wall 17a engaged with a valve housing 7 to form a valve chest 11 with a valve housing 37, and provided with a circular valve seat 13 enclosing a valve hole 12 and an opening end on the valve chest 11 side of the valve hole 12, and a second partition wall 17b engaged with the valve housing 7 to form a fluid chamber 21 constantly connected to the valve hole 12 with the first partition wall 17a. On the valve forming part 17, an end plate 38 is embedded in a mold sealing body 16 of synthetic resin with which a coil sealing part 18 mold-coupled with a coil assembly 36, and engaged with a solenoid housing 37 is integrally and continuously provided to cover a coil 35 to expose an outer circumferential part of the end plate 38.
