TILE ARRANGEMENT PACK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain tiles 1 in order so that the rear faces 6 are laid horizontally and flush with each other in a simple procedure even if they have an irregular uneven surface 2 and prevent a gap from arising between the surface 2 of the tile 1 and a retaining member 3. SOLUTION: A tile arrangement pack has a planar shape corresponding to the flat shape of a tile 1 and also has a retaining member 3 mutually restricted in a condition arranged in desired positions of the piles and the tiles 1 arranged in a condition that the surface 2 of the tiles are brought into contact with the top of the retaining member 3. The retaining member 3 is plastically deformed in the thickness direction according to the surface 2 side shape of the tile 1. In this way, the rear face 6 of the all tiles 1 is set parallel to the bottom face of the retaining member 3 and at the same height with each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
