<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate use of data of controlling diverse space graphic information such as map data and picture data with a unified method. <P>SOLUTION: The diverse space graphic information such as map data by longitude and latitude and satellite picture data by a projected graphic is stored in a data storing section 21, and each region definition of the space graphic information is defined by parameters including a projection original point, a projection direction and a field of vision based on a polar coordinate system centering a globe, and stored in a region definition parameter storing section 22. For a definition of a field of vision, since region definition by a field of vision of picture data and region definition consisting of map data divided by longitude and latitude lines are performed by one and the same parameter, a polar coordinate value of region definition by division by longitude and latitude lines is adjusted and dealt with as a field of vision of a projected picture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
