<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output-controlling method of a heating system by AC power that aims at improvement of usage efficiency of electric power by distributing the peak power evenly, and the heating system using this output-controlling method. <P>SOLUTION: AC power, which heats two or more heaters, is distributed for every time-duration divided equally, and dispersed to a cycle pattern corresponding to the output rate, and averaged by dispersing so that the peak power of each group's cycle pattern may not overlap each other at a time.
