MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR REFLECTOR, REFLECTOR AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector having high filling rate and reflection efficiency and good light utilization efficiency and a manufacturing method for it.

SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for a reflector is provided with a first step (step 51) for arranging the basic reflection shapes at random not to overlap each other in arranging a basic reflection shape and a reflection shape similar thereto on the reflection surface, and a second step (step 52) for calculating the coordinates and size of a similar reflection shape to come into contact with at least one existing basic or similar reflection shape and not to overlap each other and arranging the same. A new reflection shape is disposed to come into contact with the existing reflection shape, whereby overlap of reflection shape is little caused and simultaneously a reflection with high filling rate can be manufactured.
