<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an understanding of delivered information, and facilitate the setting of retrieval conditions for receiving the offer of appropriate information. <P>SOLUTION: When a user selects an anthropomorphised character image displayed with provided information, a user profile management part 113 accordingly generates a user profile for retrieving provided information. A content DB management part 115 retrieves contents according to the user profile and transmits them to a terminal device 140. The terminal device 140 displays the received contents with the character image.
