PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a large error in a result of adaptive phasing, even when an input signal is suddenly changed or when the time average of an autocorrelation matrix of a Null beam does not have an inverse matrix. SOLUTION: A filter coefficient is calculated by multiplying the time average of a cross-correlation vector and the time average of the autocorrelation matrix together by a matrix multiplier 21, and the inverse matrix of the time average of the autocorrelation matrix of the input signal is determined by an inverse matrix calculator 20, and a signal for showing whether the error of the inverse matrix is within a prescribed range or not is outputted from a controller 23. When the error of the inverse matrix is within the prescribed range, the filter coefficient from the matrix multiplier 21 is supplied to a filter coefficient storage means 25 by a selector 24, and when the error is out of the range, supply of the filter coefficient is blocked by the selector 24 and the filter coefficient is not updated.
