PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a current-carrying region between a conductive part of a substrate and an electrode part of an inspection object, and to simplify a means for assembling a contact into the substrate. SOLUTION: This contact is characterized by sandwiching a contact piece between both electrical insulating sheets and projecting one end part and the other end from front parts in the vertical direction, after bonding the pair of electrical insulating sheets having respectively at least the front part in the mutually piled state.
