PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed cooker capable of cooking by a plurality of different cooking methods by a single cooker and capable of reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A blower means 5 of the cooker comprises a blast pathway 53b communicating with a heat chamber 3 via intakes 6 and outlets 7, one or plurality of blowers 54 mounted inside the blast pathway 53b, and a rotatable air guide channel 55 mounted between the outlet part of the blower 54 and the blast pathway 53b. Hot air generated by the heating means 3 is blown into the heat chamber 3 via the blast pathway 53b and the outlets 7. A control means 8 controls the heating means 3 and/or the blower means 5; and in particular by controlling the rotating operation of the air guide channel 55, the control means 8 implements cooking by a plurality of different hot-air circulation methods.
