PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide no key or an infra-red remote control for a user which corresponds with a lock one to one and therefore no person in charge of lending is substantially not required, and in a rental service for mobile such as bicycle instead of a fixed thing such as a door, the rental can be carried out without using a parking area. SOLUTION: A contact or connection with a user can be made through radio, wire, infra-red or electromagnetic induction type magnetic field which permits at least unlocking by the lock system and the lock.
