PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility and operability of e-mail, and to increase the number of users for providing service. SOLUTION: This e-mail processing system arranges prescribed restriction on the destination address number of the transmitting e-mail. When sending back of the browsing e-mail to all the members is indicated, determination is made on whether or not the destination address number exceeds the prescribed restriction in a case of sending back the browsing e-mail to all the members. When determining that the destination address number exceeds the prescribed restriction, a making image screen of replay e-mail is formed by setting a prescribed address in the browsing e-mail as a destination of the reply e-mail. When the destination address number is determined not exceeding the prescribed restriction, a screen for making the reply e-mail is formed by setting addresses of all the members on the browsing e-mail as destinations of the reply mail.
